Refund and Return Policy

Since all our products are handmade custom products we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders.

If the product you purchased is defective and it is within 7 days of purchase contact us at Please send us an email with your order number, details of the product, image of the defect, and your invoice. We will contact you if the product is eligible for return. To be eligible for return the product must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It also must be in the same packaging. If the product cannot be replaced, the purchase price will be refunded.
